Isabel is a very busy girl. I can't get her to look at me long enough to get a fix on her, the little nuisance! LOL
Thank you!
Kathy,
Yep. There was a lot of bird activity in the backyard, at that point. They were fascinated. I tapped on the window to get them to look up, otherwise I would have just gotten tops of heads in the pic on the left.
Haha, cat whisperer. I like! LOL Isabel is painfully curious and she does often cooperate nicely. Fiona, not so much. She requires a bit of effort but I'm so in love with their pretty fur faces that I take a million photos and you're bound to get a good one, now and then, if you're that obsessive! :)
Thanks! Another thing Howie and Fiona seem to have in common at the moment . . . she's a bit of a butterball. We've got to get that low-cal kitty food, right away. She hasn't yet thanked me for photographing her from a slimming angle. I'm waiting.
Thank you! I think they're gorgeous, too, of course. But, it's possible I'm biased. ;) The photo is a pic of my neighbor's magnolia tree. It's definitely my favorite of the ice photos. And, thank you for the compliment on that. :)
Jeane,
Thanks! Everyone seems to like the photo of Isabel best. The picture of both kitties is not a great one -- it's a bit blurry -- but it is Fiona Friday so I figured she had to make an appearance, somewhere.
Bonnie,
Thanks! I have actually sold some of my bookmark photos -- not many had cats in them, though. I think I need to work at trying to capture more cat photos that are suitable for cropping to bookmark size, if only for myself. Well, that and get a printer that works . . .
Alyce,
Thank you! I've been encouraged to sell my bookmarks at Etsy but never have bothered. I suppose I should give it a go when I get a printer that works better (or we figure out what's wrong with the one I've got).
Melissa,
Aren't they lovely? Of course, I can't look at a cat and think it's ugly. They all look beautiful to me.
Thank you for visiting my blog! I use comment moderation because apparently my blog is a spam magnet. Don't worry. If you're not a robot, your comment will eventually show up and I will respond, with a few exceptions. If a comment smacks of advertising, contains a dubious link or is offensive, it will be deleted. I love to hear from real people! I'm a really chatty gal and I love your comments!
Fiona looks inquiringly at you whereas Isabel's focus is elsewhere.
ReplyDeleteNice bookmark pictures!
It's like the window is their TV.

You must be the cat whisperer...you get the best photographs! Isabel's poses are perfect, curious and intent.

Oh! I love the second one especially. What a mood you've caught!
ReplyDeleteBellezza,
ReplyDeleteThanks! They were really fascinated by all the birds in the backyard. It was fun watching the kitties watch the birds. :)
Cutest bookmarks EVER :D
ReplyDeleteChris,
ReplyDeleteThanks! :)
These are fabulous. Howie is too fat right now (he's at his winter hibernating weight) to fit on a bookmark!

They are gorgeous. Also, so is your main pic at the top. It could win a contest.
ReplyDeleteLovely. I especially like the one where she's looking out the window.
ReplyDeleteYou could sell these bookmarks. They are that good. I'd buy the one on the right, the one of Fiona alone, with that long tail perfectly aligned.
ReplyDeleteThose are great! I could see buying bookmarks like these photos. :)
