I think it's the little UV light, which flashes to measure distance, that annoys my cats. Now that I've been on the receiving end of that orange light, I get it! :)
This is how our dog is when I try to take a picture of her. It's like she thinks the camera is going to suck out her soul. Will keep trying until I succeed though!!
It's really pretty amazing the lengths they'll go to for the sake of not being photographed, isn't it? I often turn on my camera in a different room because she knows what's coming the moment she hears the sound of the camera being turned on and, whoosh, she's out the door.
Our cat Charlie does the same exact thing! We have yet to get a head on picture of him after 7 years. He even looks a lot like your kitty. They look like twins!
Loved picking up our kitties and Henry from the vet's today, upon our return from Florida.
Also, Nancy, would you be willing to send up a prayer for my Mom who is leaving Florida tomorrow morning with my Dad, needing surgery but wanting it at home instead of some strange hospital? There's something wrong in her stomach, and I'm trying not to worry. Fairly unsuccessfully.
LOL Have a little trouble keeping the attention of 3rd graders, there, B? :)
Aw, I know what you mean. I always sooo miss my kitties and am thrilled to see them. They're usually pretty ticked at me for leaving.
Yes, certainly, I'll be happy to pray for your mother. My cousin just had a tumor removed from his stomach and all is going well. Hang in there. I'm a worrier, myself, so I've been there.
I can sometimes get Fi to face me but it gets harder and harder. Sometimes, she'll jump down and run away. Such a spoilsport. So cool you have a tabby!! I think they're the sweetest animals, really. My tabbies have always been total darlings.

She must have been talking to Milou - that's exactly the way Milou acts.

I agree, I think some of my students have been taking lessons from your kitty! You know the power of example.
ReplyDeleteWe buried on of our 'boys' yesterday. Our other guy seems lost today. So do I.
Pet them for me!

Oh, Gaye, I'm so sorry. It's horrible losing a pet. (((HUGS)))
ReplyDeleteSilly woman--she wasn't quite ready for her close-up. A girl needs to prepare!
ReplyDeleteJenclair,
ReplyDeleteLOL Okay, so next time I'll warn her that she needs to hurry up and get those whiskers in order.
Nancy, thanks SO MUCH! I wrote a little post about this just now. XOXO
ReplyDeleteBellezza,
ReplyDeleteYou're welcome! I dropped by to read your post but I was on my iPad and didn't comment. I'll visit you, later on. Hugs!!
