Thank you for visiting my blog! I use comment moderation because apparently my blog is a spam magnet. Don't worry. If you're not a robot, your comment will eventually show up and I will respond, with a few exceptions. If a comment smacks of advertising, contains a dubious link or is offensive, it will be deleted. I love to hear from real people! I'm a really chatty gal and I love your comments!
It looks like she's spying for sure!
ReplyDeleteYep, she was very curious about how sister got up there! It was pretty funny to watch. After that moment, Izzy came out to the front of the cabinet, stretched up and the two kitties whacked paws.
DeleteFiona seems very suspicious. Love it!
ReplyDeleteI think she had a creeping sensation that Izzy was trying to find a sneaky way to leap on her. Thanks!
DeleteAnd did she manage to get out of that spot without messing up the books??
ReplyDeleteYes! Isabel is very skinny, long and flexible. She only does damage when she plays the "Knock it off the --" game. The rest of the time, it's amazing where she can climb without causing any trouble at all. I just found out her weight, this week. She's a rather delicate 9.1 pounds!
DeleteHello guys! This is hilarious! I agree with Jenny, Fiona seems very very very suspicious haha! As what Sigmund Freud said, "Time spend with cats is never wasted". Thank you for sharing this post. Happy New Year to all of you! :)
ReplyDeleteThanks, Jeff! Yes, Fiona was definitely suspicious. Have to watch out for that nutty little sister; you never know what she's up to.
DeleteFreud was correct. We get loads of laughs from our felines.
Happy New Year!
But how did the books stay neatly arranges? They are cuties. I have two doggies who are right now watching the squirrels eat from out bird feeder. The dogs are like statues! Animals are fun to watch.
ReplyDeleteIn general, I tend to squeeze our books in pretty tight to prevent cats from knocking them off the shelves. Our Miss Spooky used to pull books off shelves for sport. It was very annoying. LOL
DeleteIsn't it funny how entertaining it is to watch your pets watching other animals? Mine spend a lot of time in windows -- I suppose all cats do -- and most of the time they calmly watch the birds flitting, but now and then they get all excited about something and they'll crouch down with their tails madly slapping the windowsill. Isabel was hilarious when the leaves were falling. She kept attacking the window. I think she would have had a blast chasing falling leaves if I'd been willing to let her outdoors!
So sneaky! LOL
ReplyDeleteShe is definitely that. :)
DeleteWhat a great pic! Such bookish cats!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Jenclair. They can't help it; they're surrounded by books. ;) Thanks so much for recommending The Dalai Lama's Cat! I just finished it and loved it!
DeleteGreat shot, Nancy! Your cats are so entertaining. :)
ReplyDeleteThanks, Les! Yes, they certainly are. They keep us laughing.
DeleteThey are really intuitive, aren't they? This is the cutest picture. Thanks for sharing it!!
ReplyDeleteYes, they really are! It's terribly fun to watch these two interact. I was lucky to capture that moment. I chose not to use flash because they're both a little weary of the camera and I wanted to be as unobtrusive as possible, so it's a little fuzzy but close enough. :)
DeleteThese kitties must keep you in constant cahoots!!
ReplyDeleteThey keep us in stitches, Trish. I don't know what we'd do without them, honestly.
DeleteGreat picture!
ReplyDeleteThey're so cute! I love it when my kitties get into cute mischief and not the serious kind. :)
