Thank you for visiting my blog! I use comment moderation because apparently my blog is a spam magnet. Don't worry. If you're not a robot, your comment will eventually show up and I will respond, with a few exceptions. If a comment smacks of advertising, contains a dubious link or is offensive, it will be deleted. I love to hear from real people! I'm a really chatty gal and I love your comments!
Awwww...such a precious precious face!!! I have two kitties that are starting to come visit me on my patio every now and then and it's made me so happy lately. Neither one of them will let me come too close to them yet, but it's a work in progress. I miss having a cat around so much. I swear, once you have one in your life, your life just feels sort of empty without one. Damn allergies. I so wish I could have a cat again. There's just no other animal like them. I need a genie in a bottle so I can wish my cat allergies away :(
ReplyDeleteIsn't she pretty? I'm glad you've got some kitty visitors. My youngest son is absolutely aching to get a cat of his own but he's in a no-pets apartment (and has no income -- he's still on the parental payroll) so he just has to enjoy the neighborhood kitty.
DeleteMaybe you could get injections for your allergy to cats? It's a pain but I did allergy shots for about 2-3 years and they really made a difference. There are certain cats that are lower in dander, as well. After your experience, I was reading about cats one day and found that black cats tend to be high-dander but white cats are less troublesome. River actually gave me a bit of asthma trouble but I can stick my nose in Isabel's fur without any problem, whatsoever. So, maybe, just maybe you could someday foster a kitty for a couple months to see if you can find one that doesn't kill you? I know exactly what you mean about that longing to have a cat in your life. There's just nothing else like the joy they give you.
You,my friend, are the Queen of Kitty Pictures. They always thrill me.
ReplyDeleteAw, thanks, B! Isabel is particularly good about posing. Fiona, not so much.
