All kinds of foolery, with focus on books, life and regular kitty reports
too cute...i wonder what caught her eye?
Awww - such a cutie (seriously she's a female version of Howie). I vote you make Fiona Friday a regular feature!!
Serena,Everything catches her eye! Fiona is one energetic beastie. She gets wound up and plays hard, then she collapses for a few hours, then she's up and at it again. She is such fun. :)SuziQ,Thanks. I think it's so funny that I told you how beautiful I think Howie is and then something like a week later I came home with Fiona -- not even realizing that I'd recently commented on the beauty of a cat with similar looks. And, btw, those are definitely running shoes she's got on, not cute little socks. I take so many photos of her that it would be no big deal to make Fiona Friday a regular feature! Thanks for the vote. :)
Aw :D I love her little white paws.
Awww, too cute. It looks like she's scoping around for some trouble to get into.
Nymeth,Me, too. I have a thing for white paws. I think they're so cute. :)Darlene,If she isn't unconscious, she's pretty much always looking for ways to get into trouble. It's a darn good thing she's so cute and lovable! LOL
She looks so girly! A beautiful addition to your family!
Jenclair,She does, doesn't she? Fiona's a pretty little thing. Quite a rascal, too, but we love her.
Fiona is gorgeous and I notice the books in the background too!
Kathy,Thank you! Isn't Fi pretty? I wondered when someone was going to mention the books. The books on top of the shelf are the Hornblower books that we gathered together, plus two that my future daughter-in-law is loaning me. She's an avid reader!! No wonder we love her! ;)
OMG Nancy she is just too adorable for words!!!! I want to just take a bite out of her :D Though of course I won't :/ She's just precious though :D
Chris,Thanks! If you took a bite or her, it would be a very bony bite because she doesn't have much meat on her bones!! Fiona is a high-energy girl and quite thin. She's adorable; you'd love her. And, she would love you, too -- she's very sociable and cuddly when she's not attacking any of her many toys. :)
Nancy,The book just arrived!!! Thank you so much. How on earth did you know that I wanted to read this??? lol I feel so happy that I've only had intermittent flashes of guilt about the postage. Again, thank you from the bottom of my bookwormy little heart!p.s. That's a great photo of Fiona.
Bybee,Don't worry about the postage. Think of it as a very late Christmas gift. You mentioned that you desired a copy when I reviewed the book -- I have a pretty decent memory. ;)P.S. Thanks. Miss Fiona is having a crazy cat fit, at the moment. She's such fun.
She is such a beauty! And, my, what a nice stack of books over on that bookcase behind her. :)
Les,She's a lovely girl and very, very active. We have to periodically toss milk-carton tabs, roll jingly balls and play laser tag with her, till she wears out. Those books are my stack of Hornblower books that David gathered, plus two books I'm borrowing from my future daughter-in-law (that is SO fun to say!!!). :)
She's so beautiful! My two cats are sleeping at the moment. One on the floor and the other in the cat bed on the file cabinet. I love watching them sleep.
Wendy,Thanks. I think Fiona's a doll. It's funny how much big old Desmond looks like her. Fi is asleep beside me, now. Des can't seem to settle down. I'm sure he'll be happier when Kiddo gets home. I love watching kitties sleep, too. It's soothing, isn't it?
