  11. Andi,

You should go for it. Sometimes you just need to step away from the blog for a while -- at least, I know I do! I've got a lot on my plate, at the moment, and I know your plate's heaped much higher than mine, on any given day.

  13. Thanks, Alyce! It's really a good thing I'm taking a break. I've hardly had time to read a word. Hopefully, that will end soon, though! :)

  14. I stayed up the whole 24 hours for Dewey's Readathon yesterday, dozing in my reading-recliner about an hour and a half toward this morning's end (around 4:00 a.m. my time). That means I slept right through the automatic posting on my blog this morning and the reason I'm stopping by now. I'm here to tell you ... TA-DA!

I have awarded you the Versatile Blogger Award. To receive you award, go here to pick it up: http://bonniesbooks.blogspot.c...

You certainly deserve it, my versatile blogging friend!

  15. Bonnie,

Why, thank you, dear. Hopefully, I'll remember to pass that on when I'm off my break (but I make no guarantees). :)

    Michelle,

Not too long - maybe another week or two. :)

  21. Cozy Ann,

Yes, I was having fun. Now, I'm just back to trying to clean house, writing for National Novel Writing Month and attempting to recover from jet lag. We went to Japan to hang out with Nat of In Spring it is the Dawn for about 10 days. We had a blast. I wish I could magically transport the food back here. I'd be a lot thinner if I ate like that all the time!!!
