Fiona Friday - Hey, Mom!
This is really a terrible picture but I was excited when Fi turned around after she caught her little bird on a stick, like she was checking to see if I'd observed her fine hunting skills.
And, she looked right at the camera during a rest break, too! Excitement!!

She looks so much like my cat Charlie (who is a boy, by the way) and every time I see a picture of her, I am amazed by the resemblance! Great photos today!
ReplyDeleteZibilee,
ReplyDeleteI think all tabbies look alike. I planned to avoid them when I went cat hunting, but Fiona chose me. She's very persuasive. ;) Thanks!
She looks like Contortionist Kitty (a lesser known super hero).
ReplyDeleteMs. Fizz,
ReplyDeleteMustn't give away her secrets . . .
Cute! I think she is getting used to the camera. :)
ReplyDeleteI always used to get a kick out of Maggie playing with these kinds of kitty toys and making her little chirping meow (not even sure how to describe it!).
ReplyDeleteHope you and your family had a wonderful Thanksgiving!!
Kelly,
ReplyDeleteShe's okay with the camera if I'm using ambient light because that keeps the camera from shooting the dratted orange light (to measure distance) into her eyes -- which is also my excuse for that blurry first photo (although the fact that I was just holding the camera with one hand probably didn't help matters). :)
Trish,
I know what you mean about the chirping noise. I think all my cats have made that noise at some point, mostly while watching birds through the window. Isabel is a very chirpy talker, in general, though! Fi . . . not so much.
We did have a terrific Thanksgiving! Hope you did, too!
