This is starting to sound so old, but . . . I'm not done with this book, yet. Sigh. I read Blackston's first two books, though, and I like his writing. I'm simply not far into the book because I still can't seem to talk myself into reading. What little I've read has been typical Blackston -- a tiny bit forced but good characters and interesting scenes. When I catch up (feel free to pray for my soupy brain to solidify and resume functioning) I shall post a link back to the preview chapter.
I loved his first series too. This one was okay for me. It is still cute and quirky and a little funny though. :)ReplyDelete
I really enjoyed those first two books. I still have Lost in Rooville to read. I'm finding this book a little baffling -- not quite sure where he's headed, I guess. But, I do care enough to continue. I'm reading hardly anything at all. This past two weeks I've been in a reading black hole.
