We had a few glorious days of open windows and the cats were in heaven. Unfortunately, the rest of the week it rained and it blew and it thundered - hence the quiet week; my computer has been unplugged a great deal. Maybe more open window time will come soon, though. We love open windows every bit as much as the cats do.

Yay! It's been cold here but today it was warmer. As I write I'm sitting outside on my front porch with Belly. Letting her get some sun.
ReplyDeleteSomeday, I have got to ask you how you named your kitties. Glad you got some nice outdoor time with kitty!
DeleteOur weather has been chilly and rainy this past week. I had a terrible migraine from Sunday until Wednesday, thanks to the weather. I'm really ready for summer!
ReplyDeleteYeah, I actually still have a migraine. The changes in air pressure do it, every time. Sorry you had one, too. Haha, summer . . . as soon as the heat cranks up I'll be longing for fall. Summer is just flat miserable, here. I might be able to tolerate summer in Nebraska, though!
DeleteThe Midwest + Weather = Insanity. So I completely understand. My closet looks like a hot mess right now with t-shirts and sweatshirts all mixed together.
ReplyDeleteYeah, there's no telling whether it's going to be cool and dry or warm and muggy from one day to the next, right now. I prefer the cool days, since our summer is so endless.
DeleteMy problem is the screens. The cats do a number on them...
ReplyDeleteI've been there with other cats but don't actually open the windows wide enough for these two to get a grip on the screens. They occasionally get a wee bit overexcited about squirrels and other cats in the yard. Isabel has been known to fling herself bodily against a window. So, I keep the openings shallow to prevent a cat accidentally flying outside. It does the trick but limits the amount of air circulation I can get going.
