I assume the camera wasn't at hand? I would have loved to see Daisy with a feather on her nose! What a hoot! You have to be really lucky or fast to catch those moments! :)
Heather,
Now, now dear. We all know you'd have done just the same with that lovely Nikon of yours. ;)
hehehe..i have three cats and this is pretty funny!!
I am new to book blogging, I have been a regular blogger for about two years (i think)...but this book blogging stuff is really fun!
I saw that you are reading Persuasion right now, I really want to know if you enjoy it, as I have been thinking about reading that one for a little while now.
if you are interested you can stop by and check my blog out: http://exlibrisbb.blogspot.com/
I actually got started blogging because of bibliophile buddies who were blogging about their books. It's great, isn't it? You can purge your thoughts about your own reads while finding honest reviews. Of course, blogging does make the wish list kind of unmanageable.
I actually finished Persuasion on Monday and loved it. Don't get the Borders Classics edition, though -- the typos were mostly in the punctuation and it wasn't till I figured out that Jane did it right and Borders screwed up that I got into the book. It had such a sweet romantic part toward the end. I got all teary.
Thank you for visiting my blog! I use comment moderation because apparently my blog is a spam magnet. Don't worry. If you're not a robot, your comment will eventually show up and I will respond, with a few exceptions. If a comment smacks of advertising, contains a dubious link or is offensive, it will be deleted. I love to hear from real people! I'm a really chatty gal and I love your comments!
Ha ha ha! How adorable. I can't stop laughing at it either! :D
ReplyDeleteOh, but what a cute predicament!
ReplyDeleteAww ta poor puddy tat!
ReplyDeleteKookie,
ReplyDeleteI wish you'd been here. It was a great moment! She just stood still, looking perplexed, until I laughed -- and then she shook her head. Silly cat.
Carrie,
Yeah, gotta love it. She looks very Hez-like, doesn't she?
Tink,
I promise she survived. It was a momentary reversal. LOL
Poor kitty! She's cute though.
ReplyDeleteChris,
ReplyDeleteShe's a sweet kitty, too. I have no idea who owns her or what her real name is!
Awwww...
ReplyDeleteThat's one beautiful kitty under there.
cjh
CJ,
ReplyDeleteShe is a beauty and a sweet kitty, too.
Oh that's such a great picture! Thanks for making me laugh today. :)
ReplyDeleteGreat way to start the day! For me, not kitty... :)
ReplyDeleteMuahaha! Love it! *giggles fiendishly*
ReplyDeleteNat,
ReplyDeleteYou're very welcome. I'm glad it made you laugh. :)
Jenclair,
Kitty survived. When I laughed, she shook her head and dislodged the leaf. Fortunately, I didn't laugh until I'd clicked the shutter release twice. :)
LOL! Heather, you're going to scare the cat. :)
ReplyDeleteI love starting my day with a cute kitty photo!!!!
ReplyDelete-Amy
Ha! I wish I had a pic of Daisy with a feather stuck to her nose as a companion to this one. It was hilarious.
ReplyDeleteAwwww! Poor kitty! Nancy, you ought to be ashamed!! LOL
ReplyDeleteAmy,
ReplyDeletePeachy. Glad to make you happy!! :)

ReplyDeleteBy the way, I tagged you for a meme. Sorry, but I'm really looking forward to your answer!!
Hi Stephanie,
ReplyDeleteI'll go check out the tagging, thanks. It's been a busy, stormy week but I'll do my best. :)
Oh, a leaf! I thought it was a slug until I read the comments! That would have been more difficult to dislodge!
ReplyDeleteYep, just a leaf, Dewey. She was snuffling around in the leaves and came up with one stuck to her nose. Silly beast. :)
