Root Karbunkulus Drawing

Thank you for visiting my blog! I use comment moderation because apparently my blog is a spam magnet. Don't worry. If you're not a robot, your comment will eventually show up and I will respond, with a few exceptions. If a comment smacks of advertising, contains a dubious link or is offensive, it will be deleted. I love to hear from real people! I'm a really chatty gal and I love your comments!

Even if I don't win it, which I hope is not the case :), it sounds like a great read aloud for my class next year. Thanks for the heads up about a new work which sounds really exciting!ReplyDelete
Looks like a great read. I would like to give this book a good read! Cute! Thanks and cheers.ReplyDelete
Sticky posts are slightly different since blogger started scheduled posts.ReplyDelete
If you want to give a post a date in the future but have it appear on your blog now, you’ll need to add in an extra step. First, publish your post with the current date and time. This will make it appear on your blog. Then, edit the post to change the date into the future and publish it again.
We don’t re-schedule posts that are already published, so the post will stay on your blog but sort to the very top. The same is true of future dated posts you’ve already made, so there’s no need to worry about your existing posts disappearing, or having your blog assaulted by unplanned entries in, say, 2027.
I like the sound of this one! Fingers crossed!ReplyDelete
Please enter me in this contest.ReplyDelete
I have posted a link back here on my children's lit & teaching support site, The Wild Rumpus Starts. You can find the link by CLICKING HERE
Yeah, blogger changed, it's not you. They have 'scheduled publishing' now, which means sticky posts changed. Somebody told me that you can put a side element dated ahead, and then pull it over to the top of your posts, to make a sticky post. I haven't tried it yet,ReplyDelete
I don't need to be in the drawing - I still have another book from you to read yet!
Certainly sounds like my kind of book! Enter me, please.ReplyDelete
Oh this is just too cool! My daughter would love it. :) I'll be back in a minute with the URL where I posted about this.ReplyDelete

It worked! Thank you! You're my little blog helper angel. :)
Nat taught me how to fix the sticky. I'm so glad it's not just me. I thought something was fishy when I looked at my post-dated post and it said "Pending".
Well, hurry up and read that other book! LOL I'll be sure to not put you down.
I'm keeping track of everyone who signs up. Thanks for joining in!
This sounds really good! Please toss my name in the hat! Thanks!ReplyDelete
