I'm such a wimp. Last year, I watched as people read Canadian books and thought, "Wish I'd joined that one". I admired the cute button and assumed I'd join in next time. And, then I resolved to swear off all challenges but one. Now, I'm adding a second because . . . well, because I really, really want to and can't stop myself from joining. The name of the challenge makes me grin. The button will look spiffy in my sidebar. And, it just so happens I've been ogling Anne of Green Gables for months and months. I've needed a shove to pick it up, though.So, it's official. I'm joining the 2nd Canadian Reading Challenge, Eh?, which runs from July 1, 2008 to July 1, 2009 (click on link for official rules).
I've chosen Option 13: The Free Spirit because I'm so free-spirited I can't be bothered to write a list. I'm just going to choose the 13 titles as I go. I already own quite a few books by Canadians. First up, Anne of Green Gables, of course.
