No, wait, I'm not done!

I thought I was finished frying my eyeballs and turning my brain to intersoup, but then I had to go check John Green's blog because he always makes me laugh. You have to see this, especially if you've read a book by John Green and/or have a certain level of pride in your nerdiness or have a fear or heights or, frankly, for any other reason you can think up very quickly. Actually, you should just watch it because it's hilarious and sort of really sweet.

Go here, right now.

  1. Anonymous9:15 PM

Wishing you and yours a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year

  2. Paul,

Thank you! I wish the same to you and yours!

  3. LOL...I saw that the other day..I thought it was great. I love John Green's blog. He's not only a great writer, but a great guy too.

  4. He deserves a medal for getting up on that table! Heights and I have maintained a separate existence for quite some time now and I'm not sure I could stand on a table. Unfortunately, it's also what keeps me off my niece's horse.

  5. Aww, I, too, loved John's standing-on-the-table moment, but most of all, I loved his victory dance.

  6. What fun! I had forgotten about the Vlob Brothers!

  7. Chris,

Isn't that a hoot? Poor John. I cannot begin to imagine a fear of heights that paralyzing. He does seem like a terrific guy.

Oh, no! That's horrible! I was just telling Chris I can't imagine living with a fear that intense. I have to fight my fear of crowds (don't know what that's called) but I don't have any totally crippling phobias. You need to just get on the horse. You'd have fun, once you got there. I'll come cheer you on . . . but, maybe not till summer. :)

The victory dance and then the run in the yard with the dog were great. He seems like a truly cool guy. :)

  8. Jenclair,

I'm unfamiliar with the Vlob brothers, but I thought the vid was fun!

This was great! I have no idea who this guy is, but he's awfully cute. I'm going to have to revisit his blog.

  10. Chartroose,

John Green writes young adult novels. I didn't review the one I read, An Abundance of Katherines, but I posted several quotes. It was an awesome read. He's adorable, isn't he?

  11. Anonymous1:45 AM

i m planning on reading two of his titles ;)

so i will read it ;)

  12. Veens,

I had to take one of his books back to the library without reading it. I was so bummed. I'll try again, another time. He's wonderful. :)
