In Brief

I wasn't feeling well, yesterday, so the next drawing post has experienced a further delay. It's my intent to post by evening. Check out the Never Say Diet chapter, below, in the meantime. I'm currently reading Never Say Diet (along with a half-dozen other books; updating the sidebar is on the agenda) and I like the way it starts out, with a list of excuses for not getting in shape and the author's arguments against them. I will review the book and its accompanying fitness guide when I've completed the reading.

    Actually, I feel pretty awful today, but I'm at least functioning. Yesterday, I couldn't do much beyond staggering from room to room. Not a pretty sight, I'm sure. LOL

  8. I hope you are feeling better soon, Nancy. I woke up this morning with a heavy sinus fuzzy head. I'm hoping it's just because of the winds and not that nasty flue bug that's going around.

    I hope you don't have the flu. Flu is definitely evil. I actually woke up at 5am with a migraine, so I'm thinking maybe I should just go to bed and sleep off the rest of the week. Some weeks are like that! :)
